We built StartupAI because founders deserve better than expensive guesswork dressed up as validation. The frameworks exist — Value Proposition Design, Testing Business Ideas, The Mom Test — but applying them takes weeks of manual work or thousands in consulting fees.
So we automated the methodology. Not the thinking — the structure. StartupAI uses AI to apply these proven frameworks to your idea, and it structurally separates hypothesis from evidence so you always know what's real and what's still an assumption.

Multi-Agent Architecture
Specialized AI agents handle different aspects of validation — market research, customer profiling, assumption mapping, evidence collection. Each agent is constrained to its domain with clear inputs and outputs.
Methodology Enforcement
The system enforces VPD methodology at the architectural level. You can't skip steps, mark hypotheses as evidence without sources, or generate fit scores without structured data.
Evidence Hierarchy
Every claim is categorized: what customers say they'll do (weak evidence) vs. what they actually do (strong evidence). The system tracks confidence levels and flags untested assumptions.
Human-in-the-Loop
AI generates structured analysis, but you make the decisions. HITL checkpoints ensure you review and approve at every critical stage before the system proceeds.
Where We Are Now
Phase 0-1 is live: guided onboarding, AI-powered market research, Value Proposition Canvas with fit scoring, and assumption mapping. You can use it today for free.
We're actively building Phases 2-4: customer interview analysis, experiment design, and market testing tools. This is an early-stage product and we're transparent about what works today and what's coming next.
