StartupAI private beta is open

StartupAI is for founders who can ship faster than ever but still need a better answer to one question: should the next sprint exist at all? The private beta is now open for a small first cohort that wants structured validation instead of more hopeful output.

Founders have more ways to build than ever. That part is no longer scarce. What is still scarce is a clean decision loop: what deserves to be tested, what signal matters, and when the honest answer is to change direction before another month disappears.

StartupAI exists to tighten that loop. The beta is built around a guided two-week process that turns a rough idea into specific assumptions, a live test asset, real user signal, and a clear recommendation about what should happen next.

I am opening the first cohort to a small group on purpose. The goal is not broad top-of-funnel noise. The goal is to work with founders who will pressure-test the workflow, call out weak spots, and use the process on a real decision with stakes.

Week 1: tighten the risk and ship the test
We turn the fuzzy part of the idea into specific assumptions, then get a minimum testable product live instead of producing another static strategy deck.
Week 2: collect real signal
The goal is not more opinions. We look for evidence from real users and use it to decide whether the idea deserves another sprint.
Outcome: a sharper decision
Every cycle should end with a clearer call: continue, reposition, or pivot. That decision quality is the product.

Who should apply

  • You have a real startup idea and a specific customer problem you want to test.
  • You want structured validation, not just encouragement or faster code output.
  • You can move quickly over a two-week cycle and respond to what the evidence says.
  • You want a tighter path than freelance guesswork, disconnected AI tools, or another month of building on hope.

What I want from the first cohort

A small initial cohort instead of a broad launch

Founders who are comfortable with a guided beta, not polished automation theater

Direct feedback on the workflow, deliverables, and where the offer still feels weak

If this sounds like the right problem, apply for beta
The best-fit founders are the ones who want a better decision loop, not just another way to generate output. If that is your situation, the beta page has the full outline and application form.
